Start by setting up all the branches and groups that we want to create. In this way you'll not have to look like 10 times to a system, but only just once. When you have done this, delete all the permissions (but not permission sets). The easiest way is to run this SQL commands:
Truncate TABLE phpbb_acl_groups;
Truncate TABLE phpbb_acl_users;
The powers of access to departments
1. Create two sets of rights (called roles) access to the chapters: Access users and accepted guests. Set them all permissions, what you think it should have.
2. LOCAL AUTHORITY go into ⇒ Powers local groups and select group of Registered users
3. Mark all the sections to which this group should have access
4. When the page is fully loaded, click on the Advanced permissions on the first section, and select a set of access rights of users. Click on Select All, and then on Apply permissions.
5. Points 2 - 4 groups for repeat guests (Access score), Bots (Access bots) and Global Moderators (Full Access)
Powers Global (use)
1. Go in POWERS GLOBAL ⇒ Powers global group and a group of select Registered users
2. Choose from a list of possibilities normal set of permissions and click on Apply all powers
3. Repeat the above points for the Moderator of global and administrators, giving them a set of permissions All options.
Powers Global (moderation and administration)
1. Go in POWERS GLOBAL ⇒ moderation from the list of select Add group Global Moderators
2. Choose from a list of the full set of permissions Moderator and click on Apply all powers
3. Go in POWERS GLOBAL ⇒ Administration and the group select the Add the Administrators group
4. Choose from a list of powers set Normal administrator and click on Apply all powers
