Symptoms: Forum displays a message:

     Sorry, but this forum is temporarily unavailable. Please try again in a few minutes.

or

     Sorry but the board is temporarily unavailable, please try again in a few minutes.

Reason

- Bad set "limit the burden on the system" or "Limit session."

- Nieusunięty directory. / Install after the installation script.
RESOLUTION

Follow these instructions SQL:

UPDATE phpbb_config SET config_value ='3600 'WHERE config_name =' active_sessions';
UPDATE phpbb_config SET config_value ='0 'WHERE config_name =' limit_load ';

Note!
After you follow these instructions do not forget to clear the cache!
