On the PC with windows 2000 PRO. (the peer to peer env.) only users with admin group privilege can run the applications. Any user id with user group priv. are unable to run applications (including HELP from the start). However, when click on the files with .HTM extension (for example) then IE will come up. But unable to invoke IE from the desktop  shortcut or from the start-program-IE.   Tried to set the full permission to C drive for the user group, no success.
