Hi, A part of our new documentation project is this keyword-_base_d data_base_ , actually just a comma delimited file, which I then bind to a table (using TDC). As this data_base_ got bigger, I started to realize that much time could be saved by means of an automatic HTML formatting instead of having all the fields contain all this information. For example, a field such as <a href= /language/do_end_1.htm Do...End loop</a could be split up into two fields: 1. Do...End loop 2. /language/do_end_1 and then constructed into one as the data-binding process takes place. Another example is a repeating image path: /graphics/banners/image1.jpg /graphics/banners/image2.jpg etc. when all what you need is the image name itself

Hi Hmm, if i get you right, usually i don't store the path in the DB but rather like this (asuming a recordset whith the id of rs cursor type static) for(i=0;i<rs.RecordCount;i++){ Response.Write( <img src='/graphics/banners/ +rs( FIELDNAME )+ ' ); rs.MoveNext(); }
