I am looking at purchasing a 55 gallon aquarium hood to house 4 48 VHO lights. I am not that skilled of a builder and was wondering if anyone happened to know of a company that made a decent looking hood that would fit my needs. Any ideas? Thanks for your time, Dan

I am not that great a buldier either...and I only have a circular saw.  I just built another hood for another 75 I just set up using all sized wood from home depot.  If you know your measurements they can cut the wood for you.  I use 1x2x12, 1x8x12 and 1x3x12.  If you would like to see pics (still not stained yet, hopefully I will get it today) then email me or post and let me know.  If you have depot cut your wood all you have to do is assemble.  The wood Cost less than $25.  MUCH cheaper than you will find a hood anywhere.
